In Redmond they have a little tea shop and mom was planning on taking us yesterday after my first day of Kindergarten. Unfortunately that didn't work out because by the time she was able to pick me up and get through the pick up line the tea shop would close in about 5 minutes.
Since the tea shop didn't work out she thought we should have our own high tea at home today after school.
We got out our fancy china dishes to drink our tea out of! We love tea!
Earlier this morning after we dropped McKenzie off we came home and made some scones. We took some over to our neighbors who were having a garage sale and then saved some for our afternoon tea!
I was pretty excited about getting to have scones and tea and some apple too!
It would have been fun to go to the tea shop, but it was fun getting to help make and enjoy our tea!
