A morning in Prineville and a evening at Prineville Reservior!

Today, we thought we would take Scout out for a walk and explore Prineville while Daddy worked.  We found a park to play at down by the river that was kind of like kids kingdom near our house!

I had fun exploring and climbing up the ropes.

I followed McKenzie all around the playground and we had a good time!

I figured out a way up and was pretty excited about it!

I had a great time singing and dancing on the bouncy bridge.  

I had fun falling down and crawling on the bridge!

I was pretty excited about climbing up to the top!

We had a fun playing at the park this morning together!

We headed back to the hotel to have lunch and meet up with Daddy!

That evening, we got some Subway sandwiches and headed to the Prineville Reservoir to have a picnic dinner and check it out.  

It was sure a nice way to spend the evening together!

We wanted to go and put our feet in the water.  Well, we really wanted to go swimming, but we didn't have swim suits, so, we settled for our feet!

I thought I would push it and put my hands in too!

The water sure felt good!

We walked over to the fishing dock to see if we could find any fish.  The reservoir is down more than usual, since, they are in a drought here too.  

It was great to sit on the bench and look out on the reservoir.  

We had fun looking out onto the reservoir and trying to throw rock into it!

Did you see it splash!  It was a nice evening out!

Prineville Rodeo

Prinvelle was having there rodeo this weekend, so, it was a pretty big weekend there.  We went Sunday for the last day!

Daddy and I were ready to for a good show!

Our hotel has a popcorn machine in the lobby and we love popcorn, so, mom gave us each a bag to have at the rodeo!

Nothing like watching a good show and eating popcorn!

It was fun to watch all the horses and bulls!

At this rodeo they had different Rodeo queens from rodeos all around this area.  It was really cool becuase the rodeo queens came into the grand stands to meet people and give out autographs.  I lucked out be this Queen came right up to me and started talking to me!  Mom wanted to get a picture of me with her and I got her autograph.  It was just like being in Disneyland again, well almost!

I found out that McKenzie got to meet and take a picture with the rodeo queen and I wanted to meet her too.  Mom took me to stand in line to meet her and get my picture taken!

It was a hot one in Prineville this week, so, we were glad when the grand stands were shaded.  It made it a lot more fun to watch the rodeo!

It was a fun family afternoon at the rodeo!

Prineville, OR

 Today, we are headed to Prineville, OR to visit Daddy for the week.  Daddy took a detail in Prineville for a couple of months this summer and we wanted to see where he is spending part of his time.  On the way there we got to watch movies on our DVD players.  Katelyn and Belle had a great time watching the movie with me!

 We made it to Prineville and thought we would go check out the town.  We ended up at a park along the river.  I had fun on the tire swing.   

 Daddy pushed us on the tire swing!

 I had fun sliding down the little slide! 

 Then I went to take on the big slide!  

 McKenzie made the little slide look so fun that I thought I would give it a try! 

 I wasn't so sure about going down the big slide by myself, so, McKenzie came up to go down with me!  She was so thoughtful to me!

 We had fun going down together!  It was a fun time at the park!

 The next day, we went for a swim in the hotel swimming pool!  We were excited to get to swim with Daddy! 

 I wanted to show him all that I learned at swim lessons.  I showed him how well I can float on my back!

 I had fun playing on the stairs while mom took pictures and Dad watched McKenzie swim!

 The water was a little cold at first!

 Here I am swimming by myself out to Dad!  

 I had a great time swimming, with help, from one side of the pool to the next and than climbing up the ladder to repeat it all over again!

 It was sure nice to be able to swim in the pool with dad and of course mom too!

 We have had a lot of fun pool hopping this summer!  Today, Allison and I went and swam with Rachel in her pool!  We sure had a lot of fun swimming and playing.  It was so nice to be in the water today, since, the high was 112 degrees.  The best way to beat the heat is in the water! 

 I am all ready to get in and just waiting for mom to get me in!  We are so fortunate to have such nice friends who let us use their pools!

Fantasy Fountain!

Today, we thought we would meet up with Gus at Fantasy Fountain to play at the splash park.  The only problem was he and Makayla were not big fans of the splash park.  We didn't let that stop us from having a good time.  We played at Kids Kingdom on the park and had a great time.  Mom took me over to the splash park to cool off!

I had fun standing under the bucket and waiting for it to fill up and dump down on me!

About every 15 minutes the volcano goes off and water comes pouring down.  I have a great time getting soaked by the water lava!

I, on the other hand, do not like the volcano at all and think that the roaring is too loud.  This is what I do when it does off.  Hopefully, I will over come the volcano explosion and enjoy the splash park!

It was fun to run through the spraying water fountains!

It is so nice to cool off and play during the hot summer Redding days!
