This morning, when my mom came into my room to wake me up, I woke up with the biggest smile on my face. I was so excited to be going to my first day of Pre-School! I ate my breakfast quickly, got myself dressed, and had mom do my hair. I am all ready for my first day. Of course, mom had to get some first day of Pre-School pictures before we headed off!
We headed outside to take some more pictures. I was being silly and put my sign in front of my face. We went to Micheal's earlier in the week and mom let me pick out whatever color paint I wanted my sign to be. I picked out neon pink! Then my silly mom had to find an outfit in my closet that would match my sign. This cute purple dress with pink ribbon worked perfectly!
Can I be more excited about Pre-School? This picture indicates that I can't be!

In front of my class. We got there a little early, so, we took some pictures outside by the sign indicating that this is my classroom.
We got a tote that we take to school each day. We got to decorate it. Mom and I had fun decorating mine. We practices a lot of skills that I will be doing in preschool. I cut around the letters to divided them up, we counted to 30 while we ironed them on, I learned how to hand sew the flowers on and just had fun sticking the cupcakes on. I was pretty excited about how it turned out.
I found a seat to sit on while we waited!
I had a great time dancing around!
A little bit more silly dancing while I walked around!
I saw a curb and turned it into a balance beam. I am sure good at entertaining myself!
This is my teacher Mrs. McKinny. We are going to have such a great time this year together! She seems really nice and fun!
Of course, a picture of me with Allison and Collin. I am so excited to have some old friends in the class with me and also to make some new friends!
While McKenzie was in school, mommy and I had some time together. After we dropped McKenzie off, we went for a walk on the river trail before it got to hot. On the way back to our car, I got to get out and walk over the bridge. Well, I ended up walking the rest of the way to the car.
I am off! I hope that mom and Scout can keep up!
After our walk, we headed home and played outside on the swing set. I had fun climbing and going down the slide.
I gave mom quite the funny face!
We played for awhile on the swing set and then I wanted mom to blow bubbles for me to pop. I thought is was great fun to pop the bubbles that my mom caught on the wand. It was a fun morning with Mommy, but I sure missed my sister! I kept asking about her.
We headed back to pick up McKenzie from preschool. We got there a little early, because we didn't want to be late on the first day.
Picking up McKenzie was extra special today, because, Dad took a long lunch and came with us to pick her up.
We had fun catching up on how each others morning was going!
I was very excited to see my dad at school. I saw my mom come in and my face stayed neutral, but then when I noticed my Dad came and my face lit up from ear to ear. I got to choose where to go for lunch and I chose Umstead's BBQ. Unfortunately this is the last time we will be going there, since, it is shutting down on Friday.
A sweet smile while I wait for my food! It was fun to get to go out to lunch!
Back at home, I wanted to take some more pictures with my pre-school sign. I had a wonderful day at pre-school! I told my mom I can't wait to go back!
I made some new friends, got play inside and outside, colored and had a blast! Mom asked me what my favorite thing was and I said, "I loved everything!"
Well it is time for this tired pre-schooler to go off for her nap and get some sleep, so, she has some energy for soccer practice tonight!
