Picking apples!

October 3, 2015
On our way home from McKenzie's soccer game, we got a peanut butter on the go cup with apple slices for the after the game treat.  We finished the apples, but had more peanut butter.  Mom suggested that we head outside when we got home and pick some apples off of our apple tree to eat with the rest of our peanut butter!
I found some apples on the lower branches that were easy for me to pick!
Check out this huge yummy apple I picked!  I can't wait to go inside and eat it!
I found some apples to pick that were a little bit higher and at the perfect height for me!
We didn't get as many apples this year as we did last year, but the ones we got have sure been good!
This is sure a tough one to get off!
Check out this apple that I got to eat with my peanut butter!
We each picked two apples and then headed inside for mom to cut them up!  We love going into the backyard and picking our own food to eat!  There is nothing better!
I wanted to eat the apple I picked whole.  Mom said okay, but she wasn't sure how I was going to get my mouth open enough to get a bite,  That was one huge apple we grew and sure tasty.  I ate part of it and then asked mom to cut up the rest for my peanut butter!

Brownies and a show!

 September 30, 2015
I had a big day potty training today and to celebrate we got to make brownies and then eat after dinner!  I was quite proud of myself!  Dad was very excited too, because, he is always up for brownies!  I am doing well with potty training.  I can make it through nap and nighttime all while keeping my underwear dry!
It was sure a good day with a yummy brownie!
We got out our guitars tonight to put on a show.  We had fun singing while we played!  Here is our rendition of Jesus Love Me!

We had so much fun watching ourselves perform that we wanted to sing another song for Mom to video!  Here is our rendition of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Kate's 3rd Princess Birthday party!

September 27, 2015
Today, we headed to celebrate my friend Kate's third birthday!  She had a fun princess party!  We were encouraged to dress up in a princess dress!  I choose to dress up in my Ariel dress that I just got from Allie because she has out grown it!
We got to decorate our own crowns!  I had so much fun making my crown pretty!
There were fruit wands to eat!  I sure enjoyed them!
The next fun craft we got to do was make a paper doll!  I had fun choosing a pretty dress, hair, and crown.  It was so much fun that I decided to decorate the back side too.
We sang Happy Birthday to Kate and then headed outside to eat our cupcakes!
Araya, my birthday buddy (we were born a week a part), and I had a great time eating our cupcakes together!
This cupcake is sure yummy!  Nothing like a nice big bite!
I sure do love cupcakes!
I enjoyed it to the last bite!
I wasn't so sure about hitting the pinata, but when it came to watching Kate open her presents I got right in there and sat down beside her for a good view!
I had fun watching her open all her gifts.  She got a lot of fun gifts!
Lillie and I had a lot of fun playing with the Princess barbie style dolls that Kate got!
Happy Birthday Kate!  It was sure a lot of fun to help Kate celebrate her birthday!

Helping Daddy and Eating a Tennessee lunch!

September 26, 2015
Our dryer stopped working, well it started making a horrible noise right before Dad left for Prineville, so, we have been using an old fashioned clothes line all summer.  Mom said, "it wasn't too big of a deal, since, it is hot in Redding and clothes dry fast".  She just wanted it to be fixed before the rain came!
So, we have been working hard to get it fixed!  Our favorite part of helping was watching the You Tube videos on how to fix it.  You know you don't get to watch much TV when you are excited about a how to You Tube video of fixing a dryer!
I got to run the drill while Dad directed it through the vent to clean out the lent.  The dryer is all fixed and it works perfectly.  Dad and us girls did a great job on it.  It now dries clothes faster than it ever has before and it all got done before the rain came!
While we helped Dad with the dryer, Mom made us a Tennessee inspired lunch to eat as we watched the Tennessee game!  We had "T" cooked carrots, "T" apple slices from off our apple tree, and Makayla's favorite grilled "T" sandwiches.  She has asked for a football sandwich almost everyday!
We were excited to get to eat our Tennessee lunch out on the couch and catch a little bit of the game before we headed for nap!

Puzzles!

September 20, 2015
We have really gotten into a puzzle frenzy at our house lately!  I have taken on all of my 48 to 50 piece puzzles and can do them all by myself!  Here I am with my completed Frozen tower puzzle!
I will sit down and do our wood puzzles over and over again.  Mom thought it was time to pull out some of the 24 piece puzzles for me to do and try to challenge me with something new!  I now love doing all these puzzles and am able to do the 24 piece puzzles by myself!  We love puzzles in this house!

September 29, 2015
Mom told me that if I could complete all my 48 piece puzzles by myself, she would take me to the dollar store and we could pick out my first 100 piece puzzle!  We found this 100 piece princess puzzle!  I sat down and started working on it a little bit before bed and got a good start on it.  When I got home from school, I sat down to finish the rest and was able to do the whole puzzle by myself!  I think I am ready for the 300 piece puzzle we got at the store!  Mom said we could work on it together!
Puzzles are so much fun!

Soccer Goal! Go Wolves!

 September 12, 2015

I have really been enjoying soccer this year!  It has been fun to watch how much my team has improved since we started.  Today during our soccer game, I scored my first goal in three season!  Shelley (who is awesome) got it on video.  You have to watch closely, because, it happens fast.  It was pretty exciting to get to score a goal!
Here is another video of me dribbling the ball up the the field.  I didn't end up scoring, but I did get some good dribbling in.  Thanks again Shelley for the videos we really appreciate them!

Movie Night!

September 11, 2015
We are so excited about tonight!  We are having a family movie night.  Makayla earned a movie night for going potty like a big girl and I earned on for good behavior.  We are watching Despicable Me, since, we have never seen it before and wanted to check out the minions.
To make the evening even more special, we got to have popcorn for dinner!  We sure love popcorn.
We had a great time watching the movie!  We thought it was a good movie!  Katelyn even got to watch the movie with us!
We heard that Minions like bananas, so, as a really really special treat we got frozen chocolate covered bananas!  They were sure yummy!  What a fun family movie night!  We will have to do one again soon!

Measuring the house!

September 7, 2015
So, our house needs painted and they had Labor Day sales on paint.  This morning, we headed out to measure the square footage of our house to see how much paint we needed to buy!
We had fun helping Dad measure.  We got to hold tape measure in place for him!  We had fun going between helping dad and picking and eating the cherry tomatoes in the garden!
This evening, we headed to the store to buy the paint.  Since, we were out and about, we thought we would do dinner at the Olive Garden!
We had a fun day getting ready to paint.  We bought the paint, but are waiting for the weather to cool down some before we actually paint the house!  I am sure we are going to be good helpers when we do paint!

Ice cream for going potty!

September 5, 2015
So, my Mom and Dad have been trying hard to get me to go pee on the potty.  They figured that if they could get me to go at least once again, then, I would be good to go.  Today, mom told me that if I went pee pee in the potty just once they would take me to Cold Stone Creamery for ice cream.  I guess it was the motivation that I needed, because, I went pee pee on the potty!
Mom had some gift cards to Cold Stone Creamery that she figured this would be the perfect time to utilize them!
I was excited to get to pick my ice cream flavor as well as the topping you get to mix in!
I chose strawberry ice cream with M&M's mixed in!  I think I found a M&M!
My ice cream was sure yummy and well worth going pee pee in the potty for!
Yeah!  Makayla!  That is what I like to say.  I might be my biggest cheerleader!  I am excited to get to start wearing big girl underwear!

Here is the finished product!  We only cut off a couple of inches, but it makes it look healthier.

Pinwheels!

  August 29, 2015
It was a windy day here, so, we thought we would take our pinwheels that we got from Grandma and Grandpa outside to see them spin!
It was fun to watch the pinwheel go around and around when it caught a breeze!
Makayla brought her pinwheel outside to join in the fun!
Whoa!  Look at my pinwheel spin.  It goes so fast!
We sat down where we found a good breeze for our pinwheels!
We put them in the ground and then had a great time playing a game with them.  We would have to wait until they spun and then we would get to run threw them.  We had a lot of fun in wind today!
