The rest of our fun visit at Grammy and Granpy's

November 29, 2013

We got up and wanted to help Grammy make some pancakes.  Sydney got the shorter stool since she is older and I got the taller stool.  Makayla came out to the kitchen and thought that she should be able to help to, so, she climbed right up.
Climbing is my favorite thing to do!  I sure do love to climb.
I took at nap in the morning and the rest of the kids went out to go to the park by Grammy's house.  When I woke up I got all bundled up and mommy and I went to find them.  Unfortunately, the park was wet and we ended up just going for a walk.
The guys went to the Apple Cup game (University of Washington vs Washington State in football) in Seattle.  Uncle Scott gets really dressed up since he loves to watch the Huskies.  Daddy said he had a great time at the game!  It was a good game and the Huskies won, so, we have some happy men when they got home.

When we got up this morning, we all wanted a little milk.  Grammy and Aunt Helen got us each a cup and let us drink it on the counter.  Cheers!
Granpy read Tyler and I a good book!
Aunt Helen and I had fun hanging out!
Tyler and I wrestled with Granpy.  I tried to save Tyler by climbing  on Granpy.
Wyatt thought it looked like a fun ride too, so he climbed on Granpy.  Now, Granpy has to take on all three of us.  It looks like he is holding his own.
Another book.  This time we got Aunt Sarah to read us a book.
Uncle Scott and I had fun trying on his Husky hats.  I sure liked the Husky stocking cap.
We had so much fun riding on Granpy that Wyatt wanted me to give him a ride.  This is pretty impressive, since there is only a couple of pounds difference between us.
Great Uncle Joe, Great Aunt Linda, and Haley came to hang out with us and have breakfast.  I had fun playing with Haley.
Aunt Linda and I had a great time laughing together.
She had a fun game in her purse that we had fun playing.  I came over to play along.
While hanging out with Granpy, I got a hold of his Mt. Dew can.  Don't worry it was empty.  Granpy wouldn't share any with me.  That would mean less for him!!!!!
We sure had a fun time with Uncle Joe and Aunt Linda.
Uncle Joe is always good for some good laughs.
A good bye hug for Aunt Linda!
Collin showed up after awhile to say hi.
That afternoon, for a special treat, Sydney and I got to go see the movie Frozen.  Don't worry my mommy, daddy, Grammy, Aunt Helen, and Aunt Sarah also went too.  Here we are in front of the movie theater.

I was pretty excited to be able to go in and watch a movie on a big screen.  This was the first movie I had ever been to.  What a perfect thing to do when you turn 3 1/2.
I got to sit on a seat with a booster on it, so that, I could see.  I was pretty mesmerized by how big the screen was.  I really liked the movie and now have fun playing pretend Princess Elsa.  (She was the older sister with blond hair and Makayla gets to be the younger sister Anna who had brown hair).  I can't wait to see another movie.

Sydney had fun helping me walk around the house.  I am already to go to Grammy and Granpy's church.  Sydney, Tyler and Wyatt headed home after church, but we sure had fun playing with them while they were there! It was a great Thanksgiving at Grammy and Granpy's house.  Thanks for having us.  We had a great time.

December 2, 2013
On our way home, we stopped in Cottage Grove to have lunch and in the parking lot was the Oscar Meyer Winner Mobile.  It was pretty fun to see.  I got really excited about it when I saw it move and realized that it was like a car.
We had to stop and take a picture in front of it, because it is not every day that you get to see the Winner Mobile!

Happy Thanksgiving!

November 28, 2013
Good morning to all and Happy Thanksgiving!  This is my first Thanksgiving where I get to eat more than just milk and boy am I excited!  This holiday sounds fantastic.  What could be better then a holiday where you get to eat and eat and eat.  I love to eat!
I had fun playing peek-a-boo with the fire place.  Don't worry Grammy and Granpy didn't have any other their fire places going while we were there, so they were sure fun to hide behind!
Normally it is Granpy or Daddy or Uncle Scott who ends up on the ground with all of us on them, but Grammy ended up on the ground and we quickly flocked to her and got her.  I was really excited that my cousins, Sydney, Tyler, and Wyatt got here!  I love cousin time!
Doing a little hanging out with Sydney and Wyatt.  We watched the Macy's Day parade for a little bit actually not very long, but we are now in the Thanksgiving day spirit.
I was happy to have Granpy walk me around the house!
It was time to make the stuffing and get the turkey into the oven.  We all took turns helping make the stuffing and stirring the bowl!
Now it is Tyler turn to help.  I am sure the stuffing turned out better than ever with all the help that Grammy and Aunt Helen got!
While the big kids were helping make stuffing, I found Uncle Scott to hangout with!
Since it was another sunny day in Longview, we decided to all head to the park again.  This time it was with my cousins and Granpy came too this time.
Tyler and I wanted to ride on the saucer together!
All of us wanted to get on the saucer at the same time.  Well, all except Makayla who was probably busy sliding!
Aunt Sarah got in the car for one crazy ride.  She sure is a fun and brave aunt!
After everybody got out, I got a turn to ride in the car!
Aunt Helen spotted me while I climbed up the tall ladder!
I wanted to climb the rocks again today.  I am such a brave little girl.  This time mommy went up with me to help me along!
After naps, it was time for Thanksgiving dinner.  We got to sit at the kids table and were sure excited about it.  Look at the yummy food on our plates!  Don't worry I got the traditional black olives to eat!  It wouldn't be thanksgiving without black olives.
Wyatt ate at the big table!
I sure liked my Thanksgiving day feast!  The turkey was yummy.  I got some sweet potato and gravy.  I was a big fan of gravy on my turkey.  I even liked the pickled beets that I tried, which surprised everybody there.  Grammy and Aunt Helen love them, so they were on the table and McKenzie asked what they were and wanted to try them.  She actually liked them too.  Once I saw her trying them, I wanted to try them myself.  We are so silly in what we eat.
Since it was thanksgiving, I got to have a black olive to eat off of my thumb!
Those black olives were yummy!  I kept shoveling all my food in!  Yep!  It is official, I am a big fan of Thanksgiving!
After dinner, we even got to have pie for dessert!  I got to have a small piece of apple and chocolate.  I liked the chocolate pie the best, but the apple was sure good!
Sydney and I had fun eating our pie together!
Wyatt had to finish his dinner before he got pie!  He is busy  working on getting it done.
Tyler seems to be savoring every bite of his pie right up to the very last bite!
A bed time story with Grammy before we headed to bed and all the grown-ups when out black Friday shopping.  None of the grown-ups went out black Friday shopping on either Thursday or Friday, what a boring group!
